Ha. Weekly is a recurring SMS subscription service operated by Bronte & Co LLC. Subscribers receive one joke per week — dad jokes, puns, riddles, and other family-friendly groaners — delivered via text message every Wednesday morning.
By providing your phone number and completing the subscription checkout, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Ha. Weekly at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can expect approximately 4–5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any Ha. Weekly text message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number.

Ha. Weekly is a monthly recurring subscription starting at $1/month. You choose your price at sign-up. Billing is processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Ha. Weekly is compatible with most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support for SMS programs may vary.
All jokes delivered by Ha. Weekly are intended to be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages. We reserve the right to modify joke content and delivery format at any time.
Ha. Weekly and Bronte & Co LLC are not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
